Lunar New Year (Chinese Chunjie, Vietnamese Tet, Korean Solnal, Tibetan Losar), also called Spring Festival, the festival typically celebrated in China and other Asian countries that begins with the first new moon of the lunar calendar and ends on the first full moon of the lunar calendar, 15 days later.
The zodiac themes are traditionally Chinese Heritage and this year is the year of the Rabbit.
We will be celebrating the Lunar New Year Spring Festival with traditional treats from all parts of Asia, including China, Korea, Vietnam, and others. We will have music, craft materials, lanterns and paints for all of you to get involved in. All are welcome to attend.
Please bring any extra stationary due to limited supply for this workshop.
