The previous SU team agreed to hand over the running of the SU Cafe to the College in the agreement the College would provide pop up bars in White City and Battersea. Last term contracts were being written up and pop up bar units were sourced and agreed upon. However, due to the space limitations the College have now made us aware they will not currently be able to allocate any space for the pop up bars. As such we have agreed to take back over the running of the Kensington SU Cafe so it will be a space run by students for students. We are working through the processes to open it again, and it looks like we’ll be able to have it up and running by early March. In the meantime, we are organising coffee tasting sessions with Hundred House Coffee Roasters to figure out what blends are your favourites. 

We are continuing to work with the College to secure social space in Battersea and White City. In the meantime we will be hosting drinks (both non-alcoholic and alcoholic) in the White City canteen on Thursday 27th February, Thursday 26th March, Thursday 30th April. We are working with our bar manager to make these great so please save the dates!
