Students' request:
Students expressed their dissatisfaction, stating that it seems like the college disregards the Student Voice and the Student Feedback.
What did we do:
The RCA Students' Union (SU) brought up this issue in the Senate Report of May 2023.
The Sabbatical Officers of 2022/23 actively participated in the 'PWE Internal Audit Student Experience' and shared the key findings related to the student voice.
Response:
The Head of the Student Experience will utilise the report to develop an action plan that addresses the recommendations for various members of the college staff, and he will present it at the next Learning, Teaching, and Student Experience Committee (LTSEC) meeting.
