Students' request:

The students of White City want to have a spray booth or a space in which they can engage in artistic works that require an appropriate environment, without having to travel to another campus.

What did we do: 

The RCA SU initially raised this issue in the ILTS meetings and later brought it up in the White City Campus Assembly during Term 1.

Response provided after an ILTS meeting: 

There used to be a small mobile unit that Technical Services had utilized in the past. However, upon investigation, TS discovered that the unit would trigger fire alarms and was not very effective. Furthermore, they were unable to locate the unit for retesting, so currently, they don't have anything to try. TS will continue to search for it after the move and will also explore other products that might be suitable. Until then, students will rely on the existing facilities.
