The Pluralist's Latest Issue - Stories of In-Between

The Pluralist, the independent newspaper with its roots amongst the students and alumni of the Royal College of Art, has released its latest issue titled "Stories of In-Between." This edition features an array of thought-provoking pieces, each offering a unique perspective on the theme of navigating the spaces between cultural, social, and personal identities.

In the issue, content editor Lera Kelemen drew inspiration from Greek mythology, such as Orthus and Hecate, to capture the essence of this transitional space where old temporalities and ways of being subside. The submitted works in this issue create a fluid sequence of reflections, experimentations, attempts, and versions that shape a journey through distinctive realities. Camille Le Flem, Design Editor, adds that this issue reflects on the dualities, contradictions, un-confined spaces, and thoughts that navigate between defined stages. Readers are invited to dive into the extensive collection of stories, both explicit and implicit, that capture the unique meditations of each writer and artist. Through this issue, readers are encouraged to reflect on their own liminal time and spaces and enjoy the journey through this peculiar context.
