We're excited to be hiring for a Trading Services Manager! This is a fantastic oppotunity to join a friendly and enthusitc team helping to make students education and lives better through the work we do.
Your role would be to run our commercial opperations, specifically the Art Bar. The Bar has a long history at the RCA and is a treasured aspect of many students and alumnis expereince of the RCA. Having reopened a few years ago. You'll be enthusiastic about having a high degree of independance and the opportunity to shape our service and offer to our students. You don't necassarily have had to have worked in a Students' Union before (although it wouldn't hurt!) but will need to have a strong understanding of what consitutes excellent customer service with our members (the students) in mind.
